Mysterious Cave Under The Sea
Apart from the land, there are many wonderful things inside the sea, about which you will be surprised to know. Today we are going to tell you about one such place, which is located in Belize, Central America. This cave is called ‘Great Blue Hole’. This is a circular cave, which is built in the sea. Its diameter is 318 meters and depth is 125 meters. This place is known for scuba diving. This is the reason that people from all over the world come to this place.
Built One And A Half Million Years Ago
If we talk about the construction of this ‘Great Blue Hole’, then its construction started about one and a half million years ago. After this it was constructed in four phases. When its construction was completed 15,000 years ago, at that time the sea level was very low, due to which this ‘Great Blue Hole’ was visible from above. Gradually the sea level increased and this cave was completely submerged. Biologists also like this place very much, because many unique aquatic creatures are found here. The whole puzzle regarding its construction has not been solved till date. There are many more caves inside this cave, which have many secrets in themselves.
